One in Ivybridge (Dinnaton) which includes a golf course, 25 metre pool, exercise classes, 3 modern well equipped gym areas, spa pool, sauna ,steam room, squash and tennis courts. There is also a beauty salon next door that offers sports massage, reflexology and all the other traditional therapies you would expect.

The Plymouth gym boasts one of the most modern and well equipped gyms in Plymouth, and is very convenient for people that work in the city or reside near by. The equipment is new and very clean and the atmosphere is extremely friendly.

Ideal for anyone, from first time users to experienced gym goers. Both Gyms have on site personal trainers and highly qualified fitness teams.

Trainers are always available to provide excellent advice, diet plans and fitness programs. As an added bonus when you join you will be able to use both clubs as part of your membership ,this is something worth setting up when you join.
